Egypt Travel Agency builds each programme individually, so we do not publish fixed retail rates. Pricing is quoted per enquiry, against your brief, market, client profile, dates, destinations and service level.

How pricing works

Every quotation sets out the services included and the basis of the price. For trade partners, we work to net or commissionable terms as agreed, so you retain your own margin and client relationship. We do not undercut our partners with published consumer rates.

Deposits and payment schedule

A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received. The deposit amount, payment schedule and final balance due date are stated in your proposal and depend on the suppliers and lead time involved.

Currency and methods

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in your proposal. Accepted payment methods and any associated details are confirmed with your quotation.

What a price includes

Inclusions and exclusions are always listed explicitly in the proposal, so there are no surprises. Items such as international flights, visas, travel insurance and gratuities are typically excluded unless stated otherwise.
